Pongal is a popular Rice dish in Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Sri Lanka. In Kannada it is called Huggi (ಹುಗ್ಗಿ). We have replaced rice with millets. Our Millet Pongal Mix is made from the combination of Millet and lentils which gives a nutritive value of protein and its flavour. Garnished Cashew, Curry Leaves, cumin, and Black pepper makes it a delicious dish that can be eaten any time of the day. It is a whole meal by itself.

Foxtail Millet - Navane (Kannada), Thinai (Tamil), Korralu (Telugu)
Variation in the recipe for Pongal Mix:
Add cut veggies like, palak, carrot, tomato, beans, peas and salt as per your taste. Soak the pongal mix for 5 to 10minutes with 1:3 cups of water. Saute the veggies and add it to the pongal mix and pressure cook it.
